We are actively seeking a Tax Partner with Trust & Estate experience to join our growing firm!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Lead the Estate and Trust practice of the Firm
• Develop, supervise and mentor members of the Estate and Trust team
• Expanding the Estate Planning practice both internally and externally
• Coordinating tax compliance and planning responsibilities for our multistate environment
• Maintaining visibility in the Estate and Trust community
• Maintaining existing business relationships and cultivating new ones
• Maintaining relationships with and advise clients in Estate and Trust matters
• Perform extensive tax compliance, research, consulting and planning for individual, fiduciary, not for profit (private foundation), gift and estate tax

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field required
• JD; CPA or Law Degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience with a public accounting and/or professional services firm or Law firm

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

• Significant experience providing complex gift and estate planning strategies to high net worth clients
• Significant experience in working with estate tax, gift tax and fiduciary tax returns;
• Technical expertise in relevant areas
• Ability to provide seamless, integrated services to clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
