Your role
We're looking for a Team Administrator to:
perform business analytics to support financial advisors in the growth of the business
create and maintain the team's marketing materials and initiatives
be an expert in all aspects of the team's operational, administrative and supervisory duties and activities
drive connectivity across the firm to administer complex investment strategies, client lending needs and financial planning engagements
be the team's primary point person for client issue resolution
help lead business strategy discussions and drive implementation efforts across the team
act as the day-to-day matrix manager for team associates, including leading performance evaluations
assist with and participate in client conversations with financial advisors
manage calendars, meetings/calls, travel and expenses for financial advisors
execute equity and fixed income trades when needed
manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results

Your expertise
series 7 and 66 licenses
10+ years of broad, wire house wealth management experience
bachelor's degree or equivalent, focused on business management, marketing, finance
detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody's business)
flexible, adaptable, resilient
highly organized and able to prioritize work under pressure
extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
