Your function:
The Commercial Finance Team Lead will oversee a team responsible for invoice purchasing, incoming and outgoing payments, and updates to dealer inventory. This position will ensure the work completed meets quality standards and is delivered with excellent customer service. The Team Lead will also complete internal and external reports, deliver training to stakeholders and oversee vendor programs.

Applicable Pay Range
$64,616.00- $96,924.00
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.

Day to Day
- Manage the daily operations of 5-8 direct reports.
- Define, monitor and manage performance metrics of direct reports. Perform Quality Assurance testing; provide the necessary support, coaching and instruction to members. Develop training plan for new members.
- Plan, structure and manage department staff and processes to achieve objectives and goals.
- Gather, analyze and report required/requested information to appropriate parties. Act as a go-between for these groups as a representative of the Commercial Finance Processing team.
- Assist in creating a productive atmosphere. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement resolutions in order to optimize processes continuously.
- Ensure all dealer, vendor and plan data is entered accurately and within established turnaround time expectation.
- Communicate with internal and external business partners to provide necessary information or documentation. Provide training to stakeholders including system demonstrations for new vendor partners.
- Complete monthly reporting for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and reviewed annually or as needed.

Essentials
Essentials
- Bachelor's degree in business economics or administration.
- Previous leadership experience a plus but not required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a coordinating administrative back-office role.
- Advance knowledge of application, accounting and sales processes and systems.
- Able to review, analyze and judge all incoming requests including standard or exceptional requests.
- Works within approved procedures and relevant policies.
- High proficiency, understanding of market and the need to strive for high customer satisfaction.
