Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the overall performance and success of the team, ensuring that all objectives and key results (OKRs) are met.
- Provide hands-on direction for all team activities and projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Effectively resolve any employee conflicts, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Oversee and manage the team's day-to-day work, ensuring alignment with goals and company standards.
- Review, approve, and ensure the accuracy of team timesheets.
- Collaborate with the team to review ongoing and upcoming projects, providing guidance and support.
- Manage and resolve any external escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
- Lead and mentor up to 3 consultants, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members to provide feedback, address concerns, and offer career development support.
Must Have:
- Minimum of 7 years of CRM consulting experience (lesser experience may be considered with previous team lead position experience).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in a leadership capacity.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills, ensuring smooth team dynamics and client relations.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in a leadership role, specifically within CRM consulting.
