Team Leader Global Solutions Engineering

Responsibility

Tasks

• Leading a team of application engineers
• You are our specialist in questions of process engineering design and product specification
• You will evaluate with our sales team new enquiries and allocate them within the team
• You will prepare quotations for our customers and handle the technical side
• You align cost and schedules of projects
• You are the internal interface between Sales, Technology and production
• You analyse the market development together with sales for our products and contribute to the further development of our markets
• You support to maintain quotation, customer and order data in our CRM system
• You document and impart knowledge about our products and their applications
• You will support the sales team on contract management

• direct / indirect responsibility for 60 M budget
• responsibility for a local team of 3 people

Requirements

Education

• You hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or process engineering or have a comparable degree

special knowledge

• You have knowledge and professional experience in the field of thermodynamics, preferably in fin fan coolers
• You operate confidently in an international environment
• You convince with your talent for communication, confident appearance and solution-oriented way of working

Professional experience

at least two years working experience as an specialist in engineering, two or more years of work experience in an international matrix organization, two years of proven track record in leading a team
