Requirements
- Lead the development of front and middle-tier solutions, utilizing advanced programming frameworks and tools.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architecture, security, and user experience teams, to ensure development aligns with company standards and customer expectations.
- Innovate and implement cutting-edge web technologies to enhance user interactions and satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the development team.
- Develop and maintain all aspects of the web application technology stack.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging feedback and innovation.
- Ensure the delivery of scalable and secure web applications by integrating best security practices throughout the software development life cycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in web application development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, Vue.js, and Angular 10+.
- Extensive experience in building RESTful APIs; knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.
- Solid background in Java and open-source stack technologies.
- In-depth understanding of secure coding practices.
