Position Details:
Title: Technical Account Manager (Steam-Water Cycle Industry)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Central PA, Eastern PA
Shift: Monday - Thursday, Day Shift
Travel: 25%
Compensation: $80 to $100K + commission

Position Description:
Manage customer accounts, including developing and maintaining strong relationships, addressing customer concerns and issues, and managing customer expectations
Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues and customer service requests for customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service, including training on equipment operation and maintenance
Collaborate with the sales teams to identify and implement equipment upgrades and improvements as needed
Keep and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, performance information, and equipment repair/maintenance data
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including site-specific safety trainings and requirements
Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions to improve equipment performance
Identify and implement product or service applications tailored to a specific customer's needs
Create and maintain technical documents and manuals
Coordinate with sales engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in the steam-water cycle industry, preferably in account management or sales
Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as control systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently and within a team environment
Willingness to travel
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle for local travel
