In 2024, Epsilon launched Epsilon Accelerate, an evolution of Yieldify combined with Epsilon's award-winning technologies, to provide best-in-class website personalization, conversion optimization and customer journey solutions - helping us to deliver smart, personalized marketing to even more brands around the word.
Our team is currently seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support Epsilon Accelerate. The TAM will report to the Principal Technical Account Manager and will be the main point of contact for our US teams both internally and externally. This is a hybrid role base in New York City.

What You'll Achieve
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Epsilon Accelerate. You will be joining the team that are the experts across Accelerate and will be the "go-to" person in the US.
  • Build strong and positive relationships with internal teams and customers within the US region.
  • Support on client calls, client demos and technical support.
  • Liaise directly with Technical and Product teams to deliver the best tailored solution for our client's problems.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to ensure a smooth launch of each campaign within the set deadline - prioritization is key.
  • Optimize and measure effectiveness of the onboarding process for new customers ensuring that the foundation to launch is the best it can be.
  • Work closely with our Quality Assurance team to ensure quality is upheld across all work that you do.
  • Enable other teams to act more autonomously. Support on training material for Sales/Services and present these within the US region.
  • Be the point of contact in US for client escalations.
  • Support, optimize and standardize any workflows where you see opportunities to get things done more efficiently.
  • Provide insights on the US market with regards to accountability and resource planning (KPIs, resources triggers, weekly/QBP reporting).

Who You Are
  • What you'll bring with you:
    • A bachelor's degree
    • 1+ years in a creative or digital marketing role
    • 1+ years ecommerce marketing experience with a focus on technology
    • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS languages (ability to identify and construct CSS selectors) . Regular Expression and Javascript or Typescript knowledge is a plus but not essential.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people. You can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
    • Strong active listening and note taking skills. You ask the right questions and action the responses you receive in a timely manner.
    • A demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
    • A team player- working together to deliver results is as important to us as it should be to you.

    • You've recently completed a technical training bootcamp (i.e.: General Assembly)
    • Demonstrable interest in digital marketing and ad tech

Base Salary: $77,600 - $97,000

In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
