The Position:
FanDuel Sports Network is seeking a Technical Ads Product Manager to lead the management and optimization of ad-serving platforms and formats. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, improving scalability and performance, and delivering cutting-edge advertising solutions. By combining technical expertise with strategic insight, you will enhance the ad product ecosystem, ensuring it meets business objectives and client expectations.
As a critical member of the Product Management Team, you will work closely with Engineering, Ad Operations, Sales, and Marketing to create innovative and compliant ad solutions that empower advertisers, engage users, and deliver measurable results.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $145,000 - $155,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

The Game Plan:
(What you will do)
- Ad Platform Development: Define, prioritize, and deliver features for ad-serving platforms, focusing on scalability, performance, and maximizing revenue growth.
- Integration and Testing: Partner with Ad Operations to establish streamlined integration workflows and conduct thorough testing of new ad formats, platforms, and systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the advertiser and end-user, providing insights and feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams to improve ad product functionality.
- Analytics: Own the reporting tools to enable the product team to understand impact and effectiveness
- Innovation: Lead the development of personalized and dynamic ad solutions to enhance user engagement and maximize monetization opportunities.
- Compliance and Innovation: Ensure ad solutions comply with privacy regulations and industry standards while exploring new technologies to enhance the advertising ecosystem.

- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on ad technology, digital advertising, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of ad-serving platforms, programmatic advertising, and campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful ad solutions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent.
Preferred Stats:
- Experience in the sports streaming, media, or entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of advanced targeting capabilities, analytics platforms, and performance metrics.
- Expertise in integrating and testing ad solutions across multiple platforms (web, mobile, and OTT).
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to align stakeholders and influence decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
