On the Bell Business Markets team, youll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. Youll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare deployments and commissioning of Fortinet devices and product features
- Plan and execute network change requests
- Maintain optimal configuration of various Fortinet devices and products such as FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiSIEM, FortiAuthenticator, FortiAnalyzer, etc.
- Integrate different technological layers into a global architecture
- Ensure technological leadership within the project
- Validate the delivery strategy of complex projects
- Participate in resolving architecture-related issues
- Supervise the evolution of the project scope until delivery and adapt the strategy
- Analyze client needs and prepare documents specifying the professional services to be provided (scope of work, proposal, contract)
- Analyze and develop opportunities with an innovative mindset
- Transform technical challenges into advantages and business opportunities
- Collect data, analyze information, and formulate practical recommendations
- Prepare and produce reports and presentations
- Recommend upgrades, improvements, or technological changes to maintain the operational efficiency of the network infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- At least seven (7) years of experience in telecommunications and networking
- Skills in network routing, switching, SDWAN networks, and security (with Fortinet; design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of architecture)
- Certifications with Fortinet products
- In-depth knowledge of local networks, wide area networks, SDWAN networks, Fortinet, cloud services, and data centers
- Business acumen Customer orientation and practical experience with external clients
- Experience in a data center environment including access management, interconnections, switching hardware, and following rigorous change management procedures
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills (report writing, presentation skills, etc.)
- Collaboration skills and interpersonal communication abilities
- Experience with large-scale networks and clients
- Experience with government networks and technological environments
- Consulting experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio required
- In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
