Designing data models: Creating detailed blueprints for managing data within an organization.
Identifying data needs: Understanding the organization's data requirements to ensure the architecture supports business needs.
Data integration: Designing how data from different sources will be combined and managed.
Data storage solutions: Determining the best ways to store and manage data, including cloud-native architectures.
Data Management and Governance:
Defining data standards: Establishing principles and guidelines for how data is defined, collected, stored, and used.
Data quality: Implementing data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data is clean, consistent, and reliable.
Data security: Implementing security measures to protect sensitive data, including access controls and encryption protocols.
Data migration: Overseeing the migration of data from legacy systems to new systems.
Technical Expertise:
Database design: Designing and optimizing databases to store and retrieve information efficiently.
Data warehousing and data lakes: Designing and implementing data warehousing and data lake architectures.
Data integration tools: Using various tools and technologies to integrate data from different sources.
Business Alignment:
Translating business requirements: Converting business needs into technical requirements for data management.
