Roles & Responsibilities
Architectural Design:
Conceptualize, plan, and design the structure of new technology systems.
Develop architectural blueprints and diagrams to guide development teams.
Ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
Technical Guidance and Oversight:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Oversee the implementation of programs and systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with business leaders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements.
Align on objectives and ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving and Risk Management:
Anticipate potential problems and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and provide solutions to technical issues.
Ensure the stability and performance of IT systems.
Documentation:
Create detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, design patterns, and development guidelines.
DevOps Practices:
Familiar with DevOps practices and tools to facilitate efficient development and deployment.
Leadership and Team Building:
Lead and mentor technical teams.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Project Management:
Manage timelines and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
Continuously improve processes and practices.
Salary Range: $120,000-$160,000 a year
