The Technical Business Analyst role will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating project requirements. This role will also be responsible for product testing, monitoring and continuously refining the quality strategy, conducting root cause analysis for problem resolution, and heavily assisting in deriving the best solution and returning the most effective desired result. This role will be a key member of the IndyGo Project Management Office (PMO) and work closely with the IndyGo IT Team, various business units, and members of the IndyGo Executive Team. The ideal candidate will be goal-motivated and resourceful, with keen problem-solving and effective communication skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead and/or participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions to determine project requirements.
- Analyze business needs, document requirements, manage plans, and provide recommendations to improve business functionality.
- Work with internal and/or external customers to resolve issues with existing business applications, systems, or processes and recommend alternative solutions to meet user needs.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies within the duties of the PMO.
- Assist in developing and managing detailed projects, monitoring activities, and analyzing, implementing, and solving routines to moderately complex problems for one or more functional business areas.
- Assist in evaluating proposals for data collection by understanding the functional areas, business, and application needs.
- Anticipate and document issues/risks and manage stakeholder expectations about the solution requirements.
- Accountable for reviewing and finalizing extensive functional and technical documentation.
- Analyze specified requirements while observing gaps, ensuring clear acceptance criteria.
- Engage with project stakeholders to understand business needs, formulating a strategy for achieving the necessary level of quality while ensuring the plan aligns with IndyGo's delivery process and customer needs.
- Participate in formulating and organizing acceptance and systematic regression testing with stakeholders for feature and requirement validation, effectively identifying issues, causes, and resolutions throughout the project lifecycle.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience working on medium-to-large complex Enterprise Programs/initiatives as a Business Analyst.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Information Technology fields is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

- Experience conducting user workshops, focus group sessions, and other collaborative techniques.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver on project commitments through leadership, teamwork, problem analysis/resolution, and productivity improvements.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to construct quality deliverables from minimal definitions and to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate clearly and convey complex business and technical information blends to various audiences.
- Expert knowledge of collaboration tools (SharePoint/Zoom/WebEx/MS Teams).
- Demonstrate the capability to build and maintain lasting Business and IT relationships.
- Ability to work with (and lead from within) global and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
