A Technical Data Analyst is responsible for extracting, processing, and analyzing intricate technical data, often related to specialized domains like engineering, IT, or scientific research. Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing business intelligence reports, dashboards, or other visualizations.

Accountabilities
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Health New England's relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline and reporting architecture
- Data Collection: Gather technical data from various sources, including sensors, logs, databases, and equipment.
- Data Preprocessing: Clean and preprocess raw technical data to ensure accuracy and consistency, which may involve handling noisy or unstructured data.
- Data Analysis: Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to uncover patterns, anomalies, and trends within the technical data.
- Data Visualization: Create specialized data visualizations, including charts, graphs, and 3D models, to convey complex technical findings effectively.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate technical issues or failures by analyzing data to identify root causes and suggest improvements.
- Algorithm Development: Design algorithms and simulations to model and analyze technical processes.
- Data Integration: Integrate data from various technical systems and sensors for a holistic view of operations.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive technical reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to technical teams and management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineers, IT professionals, and other technical experts and business leaders to provide data-driven insights and solutions.

Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing business intelligence reports, dashboards, or other visualizations.
- Proficiency in technical data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SSIS, BI, Python, MATLAB, R).
- Strong mathematical and statistical skills, including expertise in specialized technical analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of domain-specific technical concepts and terminologies.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques tailored to technical data.
- Problem-solving skills to address complex technic
- Health Insurance data domain familiarity would be a plus
- Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures and data sets using technologies such as MS SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or a similar technology
- Experience performing analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong analysis, processing, and wrangling skills working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets
- Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management
- Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable 'big data' data stores
- Fast learner who seeks to understand not only the data, but what the data means to the business
- Comfortable leading meetings and conducting training sessions as needed
- Self-driven with ability to manage workload with minimal supervision
- Strong time management, planning, and prioritization experience
