As Cprime shifts to a Tech & Tools-led strategy, we are looking for a Technical Engagement Manager that is well versed in the technology field. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to travel frequently. The ideal person will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing technical issues, and supporting business growth through effective service delivery. This individual will play a crucial role for our client(s), providing support throughout the presales, delivery, and post-delivery phases.

$130,000 - $160,000 a year
Compensation at Cprime varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Cprime provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, or Washington as set forth above.

Paid Holidays: Cprime provides eleven (11) paid standard Holidays
Paid Time Off or Vacation: Cprime provides up to seventeen (17) days of paid time off per year (to be used for both vacation and/or sick time).

Retirement Plans: Cprime offers the opportunity to participate in our 401(K) plan. Employees are eligible to enroll thirty (30) days after their official start date. A company match may be offered annually on a discretionary basis if certain eligibility requirements are met.
Other Compensation: Our bonus programs reward our people for their achievements and their contributions to our business. Cprime provides a monthly cell phone stipend and an annual health and wellness stipend to all full-time employees.

What you will do:
- Work closely with sales, solution design and practice teams to win new business by analyzing technical and business requirements, developing technology solutions, providing technical oversight and guidance for engagements, and delivering value through comprehensive solution strategies that address customer challenges across various service industries and enterprise clients
- Lead and support teams in servicing clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing project teams, and ensuring effective delivery by planning and estimating work with an Agile approach, focusing on project milestones, resource planning, scope, budget, risk mitigation, and overall program health
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to address issues, drive delivery of client outcomes, and recommend service/product upsell to develop current and future growth opportunities
- Research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies and solutions to solve business problems, contributing to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, business development tools, and resource growth.
- Collaborate with software and technology partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions
Qualifications and skills:
- 5+ years' aiding sales and growing strategic accounts
- 5+ years' experience in managing large-scale accounts, ability to navigate systems and data, strong leadership and communication skills, excellent relationship management skills
- 5+ years' experience in setting a strategic technology vision and managing large-scale transformation projects from conception through execution
- Possess a highly collaborative approach, working with sales, solution design, and practice teams to identify and propose solutions, while also engaging with customers at a technical level to support sales pitches and negotiations.
- Expertise in project management, including developing detailed work plans, resolving issues, managing risks, leading team meetings, and successfully delivering large-scale projects on-time and within budget from initiation to close.
- In-depth knowledge of various technology and software stacks, enabling technical-focused conversations with technology executives to identify opportunities for Cprime services
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, make data-driven decisions, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
- Exceptionally strong leadership & communication skills to effectively manage client accounts and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation in a complex global scale program
Education and certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, IT, or related field.

- Experience in pre-sales, delivery and post-sales cycles
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with client technology leaders
- Experience collaborating with internal team leaders
- Understanding, defining, designing, and implementing a development architecture leveraging CI / CD principles, while pulling in SME's when needed.
- Understanding of data models, data governance, data warehousing, and analytics tools
- Familiarity and with the following tools and technologies; Atlassian, GitLab, ServiceNow, JFrog, AWS, AI, Azure, Jenkins, Splunk
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies and their practical applications
