Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in both data analytics and all-source intelligence analysis to join our growing team. This role combines advanced technical expertise with multi-intelligence analytical capabilities to process and fuse data from diverse sources into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will excel in leveraging commercially available data, conducting all-source analysis, and creating data-driven solutions that support complex missions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Processing: Apply advanced analytical techniques to process, analyze, and interpret large-scale datasets.
All-Source Intelligence Fusion: Leverage commercially available data and integrate it with other intelligence disciplines to create comprehensive intelligence products.
Threat Identification and Analysis: Conduct pattern-of-life analysis, anomaly detection, and cross-domain analysis to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Data Management and Reporting: Use SQL and Python to stage, extract, and transform data from cloud environments like AWS (S3), producing detailed reports and intelligence products.
Geospatial Visualization: Utilize tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, or Kepler to create geospatial visualizations and support decision-making.
Client Engagement and Training: Deliver tailored demonstrations and training sessions to clients, supporting their understanding and effective use of tools and intelligence products.
Project Leadership: Lead projects by working with clients to define objectives, develop solutions, and deliver results aligned with mission goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with data science, engineering, and intelligence teams to enhance tools, processes, and workflows.
Communication and Reporting: Present findings to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and operational teams, in a clear, concise, and mission-relevant format.
Qualifications:
Must Have Clearance: Active TS SCI Clearance
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Intelligence Studies, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience:
4+ years of experience in data analysis, intelligence analysis, or a related field.
Proven track record of fusing diverse data sources to produce intelligence products.
Experience in analyzing digital patterns of life and supporting intelligence or operational missions.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
Skilled in geospatial visualization tools like QGIS, ArcGIS, or Kepler.
Familiarity with IDEs such as VS Code, PyCharm, or JupyterLab.
Domain Expertise:
Demonstrated experience in multi-intelligence fusion processes (e.g., OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT).
Ability to work with commercially available data to support operational and strategic intelligence efforts.
Communication Skills:
Strong ability to present technical and analytical findings clearly to a variety of stakeholders, including clients and senior leaders.
Analytical Thinking:
Proven ability to solve complex problems by integrating technical and analytical expertise.
