Technical Lead, Internal Solutions

mdf commerce Inc. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.

We are currently looking for a Technical Lead, Internal Solutions to join our team.

What will your main responsibilities look like?

In this role, you will be led to:

• Conduct thorough analyses of our application landscape to identify overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation.
• Help develop and execute strategies for tool consolidation and migration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Lead complex implementation and integration projects for enterprise applications, including but not limited to JIRA, Business Central, and SmartSheet.
• Analyze and optimize workflows across different systems to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Configure and customize enterprise applications to meet specific business requirements and enhance functionality.
• Provide deep technical expertise on enterprise applications, serving as a go-to resource for complex issues and strategic decisions.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption or integration into our existing ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for application architectures, integration, and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in enterprise application management.
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and provide solutions or workarounds as needed.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in enterprise applications and propose innovative solutions to improve our IT landscape.

What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?

• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications, like JIRA, Business Central, and SmartSheet.
• Experience with application integration methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management experience, preferably with agile methodologies.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile) are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with a focus on integration and optimization.
