Technical Lead - Network Innovation

Role name: Technical Lead Role Description: Experience in development and execution of innovation strategies that align with company goals andmarket trends. Experience in Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and opportunities. Experience in managing a pipeline of innovative projects, ensuring they are feasible and aligned withbusiness needs. Experience in design and architecting innovative solutions, considering scalability, performance, andreliability. Must facilitate brainstorming and creative thinking sessions to generate innovative ideas. Must be able to Plan, organize, and execute innovation projects, ensuring they are completed on timeand within budget. Must be able to develop and test prototypes to validate innovative concepts. Must be able to lead and mentor teams, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate others. Must have passion for innovation and a willingness to embrace new ideas and technologies. Must possess ability to think outside the box and come up with new ideas and solutions. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to visualize, articulate, andsolve complex problems. Demonstrate high standard of organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong knowledge in Switching & Routing technologies: Cisco centric LAN, WAN and WLAN environment.This includes Switches, routers, wireless & Client. Experience in implementation of commonly deployed WAN technologies and concepts - MPLS, Viptela SDWAN, P2P, VRF, Wave, SONET, DWDM, WAN Optimization - is a requirement. Protocols include BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VRF, HSRP, PIM, QoS, Intelligent WAN, GRE Tunnel, IPSEC VPNs, SSL & DMVPN. Understanding and hands on experience of LAN switching technologies including ACI, SDA, DNAC(Catalyst Center), Client, VXLAN, fabric path, VSS, VPC, Spanning Tree, Virtual LAN (VLAN), and VLAN Trunking Protocol (VTP) concepts. Understanding and hands on experience of Zscaler (ZIA & ZPA), Blue Coat/McAfee Proxy, Multifactor Authentication, IPS, IDS & Pulse Secure. Understanding and hands on experience of F5 Load balancers with GTM & LTM. Understanding and hands on experience of Deep and strong understanding of firewalls, Internet proxy, DNS, SSL & IPSec VPN, multi-factor authentication and IPS technologies. Good knowledge in Firewalls like Palo Alto with Panorama, Cisco ASA, Juniper, Checkpoint, & Fortinet. Hand on experience handling Infoblox for IPAM and DNS. Understanding and hands on experience Traffic prioritization technologies and techniques including - QoS, TOS, COS, LLQ, CBWFQ, WFQ, Shaping, Policing, MPLS-VPN QoS. Experience on Multi-Tenant Cloud Technologies like AWS, Azure. Experience in Strong skillset in Log & Packet Analysis using Splunk, Sentinel, Wireshark etc. Experience with Monitoring and Alerting Tools: Cisco DNAC, Cisco Client, PagerDuty, Data Dog, Thousand Eyes, Nagios, VManage, Netscout, Vital Net, Grafana, Zabbix & Site24x7 Strong verbal and written skills.
