Title: Technical Lead Supervisor - .NETCORE, SQL and Javascript

Location: Remote US

Salary: $150-160K, no bonus, full benefits, 19 PTO days to start

Technical Lead/Supervisor of Solution Development

This position is responsible for managing and leading a team of solution developers. This includes analyzing requirements, gaining an understanding of business needs, developing a level of effort estimates, software design and development, unit testing, application design, code reviews, and development of technical documentation.

45% Analyze organization needs and user requirements and lead the effort to develop application solutions and software in accordance with established company standards. Ensure proper documentation is created.

25% Perform management duties and mentor developers. Prioritize work to maintain product quality and meet project deadlines.

10% Report the status of projects. Provide estimates of project duration and development level of effort for requirements and feature requests. Proactively manage activities related to the project to deliver within established estimates.

10% Keep appraised of new technology solutions. Analyze and discuss with the Technology Solutions team

5% Assist and participate in the development, implementation and testing of the Technology Solutions business continuity plans.

5% Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience: 5+ years of experience managing developers; 8+ years of web programming experience with Microsoft .NET framework; 8+ years of experience with Entity Framework; 8+ years of experience writing SQL queries; 8+ years of JavaScript, CSS and HTML; experience with unit testing, preferably XUnit, NUnit or other .NET based test frameworks; ability to communicate with peers and senior leaders clearly and concisely; strong design and architectural skills. Preferred Experience: Experience with React or other front-end JavaScript frameworks; Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS); Experience developing application software for the financial industry.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

Computer science degree preferred. Equivalent experience and relevant certificates in the fields of software development will be considered.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Communication skills, both verbal and written, inside and outside of the organization are important.

OTHER SKILLS

Must possess ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and regulations. Should be able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Should be able to apply mathematical concepts to practical solutions. Should possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions. Minimal travel is required.
