Technical Lead

1. 10+ years of BI/Analytics experience 2. Min 5 years of hands on experience with Tableau or Microstrategy is must 3. Solid understanding of database design and data modelling in relational database and data warehouses 4. Oracle SQL, PL/SQL database development experience 5. Oracle BI experience is a plus 6. Ability to develop and understand complex SQL queries 7. Experience working with large data set 8. Good knowledge of Agile SDLC methodology 9. Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks/projects according to priorities 10. Work on data visualization and BI Platforms and excel at optimizing systems/software for performance, availability and scalability. 11. Conceptualize and build dashboards that are simple, visually appealing, yet showcases a powerful story 12. Utilize analytics to explore data and identity trends and insights, from multi-faceted and high dimensional data 13. Create ad-hoc reporting based on business needs 14. Interact with internal and potentially external clients, to understand their requirements and data 15. Work with business and technical teams to refine and rollout dashboards 16. Develop best practices and provide training to other members and business partners 17. Participate in daily stand-ups for agile methodology 1) Tableau Desktop Developer ( 5-6 years ) 2) Oracle SQL, PL/SQL (4-5 Years) 3) OBI Reporting preferred
