Description:
Production Support Lead
At least 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java/MS development
Prior experience of working as Technical lead for application development and production support areas.
Experience of REST/SOAP API development
Hands Experience of AWS Cloud services is a must
Experience in DevOps, BPM development using Camunda/Flowable etc.
Strong experience in SQL scripting
Knowledge on Monitoring tools e.g., New Relic, and understand how monitoring tools fit in IT landscape
Knowledge on Service Now -CMDB, JIRA for service management
Knowledge of ITSM processes e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management,
Experience of working in Onsite|Offshore model
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement advanced solutions to solve complex business problems across various domains.
Provide Production support services
Ability to identify Automation opportunities and implement
Able to provide best practice for Support processes
Able to take transition from incumbent vendor
Able to document technical architecture and Integration
Able to co-ordinate with different IT groups to resolve L2|L3 issues
Knowledge on Java Tech stack
Able to plan different Maintenance-Adaptive, Perfective, Corrective & Preventative
Able to drive solution on System Restoration calls and co-ordinate with different teams
Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year
