Skill: Infrastructure Lead

  • Manage Certificate Renewals, T-Event Validation and Agile Patching for Critical Retail applications.
  • QA Incident Management.
  • Support Critical Retail applications in QA by providing L2/SRE level investigation, troubleshooting, triage and resolution for incidents.
  • Provide warm hand off for incidents that must be resolved by non-retail teams.
  • Manage incident metric reporting.
  • Support test efforts as needed (Performance Testing, Chaos Testing, Cloud Testing, etc).
  • Build Availability metrics buth UI and Scripted API calls.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing QA incidents, establish alerting, create monitoring solutions and develop automated runbooks.
  • Govern OCP usage, provide OpenShift tuning consultation to application teams.
  • Build self-healing scripts, automate maintenance tasks, develop event and incident management automation.
  • Govern release process orchestration, Configuration automation, develop real time single view release dashboards.
  • Drive communications and QA environment coordination.
  • Facilitate/coordinate story development for QA stability objectives, focussing on critical customer journeys and delivering SLI/availability metrics in dynatrace.
  • Ensure scripts follow standards, performing design/code review or validating that they meet quality expectations.
  • Analyze Retail Openshift use, make recommendations to make effective use of allocated OCP resources, drive efficiency improvements for non prod and production environments.
  • Ensure Retail application OCP production configuration support stability targets.
  • Document JIRA stories for QA support team following best practices and oversee JIRA board delivery.
  • Document and organize SOP's.


Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
