Technical Lead/Tester

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and document business requirements.
Facilitate brainstorming and requirements gathering sessions with the appropriate stakeholders ((in-person, Webex, and Microsoft Teams).
Direct the creation of communications regarding status and implementations to the appropriate internal audiences including stakeholders, counties, etc.
Direct modification of user reference materials as appropriate.
Assist in creating project requirements and documentation.
Create and maintain project plans for testing activities of the solution delivery lifecycle.
Coordinate functional and non-functional testing tasks.
Direct the preparation, creation, and execution of test plans, test cases, and scripts.
Ensure the quality of test artifacts created in support of quality assurance efforts.
Ensure testing team compliance with DHCS service validation and testing metrics, methods, and practices.
Direct test tools set up, reporting, and configuration for testing efforts.
Present test results for each implementation to stakeholders.
Contribute to knowledge transfer to State employees.
Demonstrate expert-level qualifications and experience working with Healthcare information technology systems such as Medicare and/or Medicaid/Medi-Cal and large-scale, complex, centralized state systems integration projects.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
