FIRM OVERVIEW
Aero Capital Solutions, Inc. ("ACS") is a leading mid-life aircraft leasing and trading company focused on providing customers flexible and pragmatic aircraft and engine solutions while also delivering value to its investors.
ACS is headquartered in Austin, Texas with international offices in Dublin, Ireland, and Singapore. The current global headcount is just over 55 employees.
As part of ACS, you will join a team of highly skilled industry professionals with vast experience in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, aircraft and engine trading, fleet management and engine shop visit management.
For lessors, ACS is a reliable and competent trading partner for on-lease and off-lease aircraft and engines.
For airlines, ACS is a specialized solutions-oriented partner to assist with fleet planning challenges, including retirement programs including forward purchase and sale-and-leaseback transactions. In addition, ACS provides customers with engine support with tailored solutions structured as engine leases, exchanges, or trades which reduce operating cost.
For investors, ACS is an alternative asset investment manager which provides both equity and debt investors with access to investing in the mid-life aircraft segment while benefitting from an experienced aircraft leasing platform. The firm prides itself on its hands-on approach to aircraft leasing and its ability to add value to its transactions, ultimately benefitting investors.
In 2021, ACS was noted as the fastest growing mid-life aircraft lessor in the world by Cirium. With over 100 aircraft and 85 engines in its portfolio, as well as a strong capital base, ACS is staged for further growth.
COMPANY BACKGROUND
Founded by its sole shareholder in 2010, ACS has experienced significant growth and continues to develop at a market leading pace with a focus on narrowbody Boeing and Airbus aircraft. It's unique ability to "handle the metal" along with full in-house capability on all aspects of managing mid-life and end-of-life aircraft provides the platform for creating value in a competitive environment. Areas in which ACS can typically "add value" range from optimizing cash flows associated with a specific lease to maximizing an aircraft's residual value via a sum-of-the-parts exit approach, passenger release, or freighter conversion and cargo release.
Since inception, ACS has deployed over $4B in capital in mid-life aviation assets via one-off transactions and its discretionary private equity funds. ACS has successfully raised and deployed its first and second private equity funds and is in the process of raising its third fund. Investors range from single and multi-family offices to large institutional investors.
