Scrum Leader / Technical Project Manager

What You'll Do:

• Drive Agile Excellence: Coach teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Project Leadership: Manage multiple technical projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• End-to-End Project Oversight: Handle reporting, planning, risk mitigation, scope management, and budget tracking.
• Team & Process Optimization: Assess team maturity, recommend process improvements, and drive Agile adoption.
• Technical Collaboration: Develop a deep understanding of project technologies and assist in technical decision-making.

What You Bring:

• Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification required.
• Experience:
  • 7+ years in technical project management.
  • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
  • Hybrid project execution expertise (Waterfall, Agile, or a combination).
  • Strong background in operations, technology, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with Agile techniques (User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration & Testing, Agile Games, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage project metrics, resolve conflicts, and improve Agile processes.
  • Previous experience in a technology/development role is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud environments and large-scale distributed applications is highly desirable.

Tools & Technologies:

• Essential: Jira, Confluence, Excel
• Preferred: Experience with cloud-based platforms and enterprise-level applications
