Location: San Antonio TX (Onsite from Day 1)

Duration: 11 Months

Job Summary:

The Technical Pod Lead/IAM SME is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the assessment pod. This role serves as the subject matter expert on IAM best practices, standards, and controls, and ensures the quality and consistency of the assessment deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the pod members
• Serve as the subject matter expert on IAM best practices, standards, and controls
• Review and validate the assessment findings and recommendations provided by the Application Security Engineers
• Engage with app owners to clarify technical details and provide guidance on remediation options
• Collaborate with other Pod Leads to ensure consistency in approach and share best practices

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in IAM, with a deep understanding of IAM best practices, standards, and frameworks
• Technical experience in SailPoint, Okta, Cyberark and BeyondTrust for Privileged Access Management
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to assess the effectiveness of IAM controls
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
