Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving technology products that make a measurable impact? We're seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead development and strategy for high-growth, data-driven technology products. In this role, you'll work on large-scale initiatives at the intersection of data, analytics, and enterprise technology-guiding cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver transformative solutions.
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):
  • Lead the overall technical product strategy and development for enterprise-level data and analytics solutions.
  • Drive discovery and refinement sessions to translate business problems into scalable product solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments-engineering, operations, UAT, and business-to align product strategy with company goals.
  • Manage budgeting and resource allocation for your product initiatives.
  • Define product requirements, acceptance criteria, and prioritize features based on user research, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Create low-to-high fidelity product wireframes/designs using tools like Figma, Lucid, or Miro.
  • Conduct usability testing and ensure product quality from concept through launch.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for your product and gain deep insight into the mortgage-backed securities industry.
  • Communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field-or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5+ years of technical product management experience delivering large-scale solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate conflicting stakeholder requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executives and guiding decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success working with engineering, QA, and UAT teams to analyze and validate functionality.
Required Skills:
  • Product discovery & backlog refinement
  • Wireframing / low-fidelity design (Figma, Lucid, Miro)
  • Roadmap prioritization
  • Requirements gathering & user story development
  • Acceptance criteria definition
  • Stakeholder engagement & negotiation
  • Product usability testing
  • Jira / Trello / SQL proficiency
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in financial services, government, or securitization domains
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Figma, Lucid, and Miro
  • Understanding of mortgage-backed securities and securitization workflows
  • Exposure to government tech initiatives
