We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, development, and business intelligence, to define, develop, and launch innovative products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, development, and business intelligence, to define, develop, and launch innovative products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer insights and business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Work closely with operations, development, and business intelligence teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and track performance post-launch to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Clearly communicate product updates, plans, and features to internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with operations and development teams to ensure maximum adoption and success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles in healthcare or consumer finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficient in product management tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical documents. Effective in writing reports and presenting information.
- Understanding of advanced statistical concepts for predictive analytics.
- Capable of solving practical problems and interpreting various instructions.
- Knowledge of machine learning programming.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
- This position requires prolonged periods of sitting. Requires coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, mouse and other office equipment.
- Work in this position will be performed in a remote office environment. This position may require some travel.
