General:
The member of the team responsible for defining stories and prioritizing theTeam Backlog so as to streamline the execution of program priorities, while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity of theFeatures or components theAgile Team is responsible for. They have a significant role in quality and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done .
Technical Skills:

• Be able to collaborate with designers & architects, rapidly learn new technologies, and choose the right technologies and solutions
• Debate the merits of options with engineers, architects, designers and business teams to drive the right trade-offs

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with TPMs, SDEs, UX, and internal customers to define the details behind the business requirements, the specifications, the user experience, and the API strategy for platform building blocks they own.
• Decompose the requirements from a variety of sources into detailed user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• In it for the long term, looking beyond the current project to become experts in their domain.
• Feed engineering a well-groomed, prioritized backlog of user stories.
• Maintain constant visibility into the performance and operations of their services to identify issues and opportunities and add them to the backlog.
• Analyze existing state & capabilities
• Prepare business recommendations & options
• Deciding between recommendation A o B (Product)
• Feature elaboration
• Story breakdown
• Slotting features into releases
• Accepting stories
