Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the product life cycle.
- Facilitate the creation and management of product backlogs, ensuring that user stories and epics are clearly defined and prioritized.
- Coordinate with product managers, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies.
- Experience with Cloud deployments/enablement (AWS Cloud infrastructure experience preferred) is required.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Should be able to to define/redefine processes as necessary/required.
- Proficiency in the Agile delivery process is a must have, including experience with tools such as Jira.
- Strong experience in managing sprints, stories, epics, KPI's etc.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Interacting with business partners and customers for reporting needs and requirements
- Experience in team management
- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and issues.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- PMP Certification and/or Scrum Master certification is a big plus
