Program & Project Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics and reporting projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, balancing technical feasibility with business impact.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to drive high-quality project execution.
- Establish scalable processes for analytics project intake, prioritization, and reporting.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage development cycles effectively.
- Own and optimize the reporting infrastructure, ensuring seamless data integration, transformation, and visualization using Tableau and BigQuery.
- Collaborate with data engineers to refine ETL pipelines and improve data accessibility for reporting needs.
- Advocate for best practices in data governance, visualization, and storytelling to maximize insights.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to reporting performance, data inconsistencies, and system integrations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between data teams, engineering, and business users, ensuring that reporting needs are met with accurate, actionable insights.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for dashboards and reports.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, presentations, and training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
- Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, offering solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Assess and recommend tools, technologies, and processes that enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate current reporting and analytics solutions, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends in analytics, program management, and business intelligence tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in program management, analytics, and/or business intelligence.
- Strong expertise in Tableau (development, optimization, dashboard design).
- Experience working with data warehouses (BigQuery preferred) and ETL tools (Fivetran, dbt, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data ecosystems (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
