Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the execution of complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
  • Drive the development of detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders on program status, risks, and issues.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth execution of programs.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure program outcomes.
  • Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
  • Organize and facilitate technical reviews, meetings, and decision-making forums with senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency across the organization.
  • Work with engineering leadership to ensure proper allocation of resources and timelines.
  • Track and report on program progress and key deliverables against timelines and expectations.
  • Oversee and ensure alignment between project execution and overall business objectives.
  • Ensure that technical and functional requirements are clearly understood and delivered upon by all teams.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices in program managementManage the delivery by working with different teams - Services, UI/UX, MuleSoft, Data, Cloud, and other multiple interfacing teams.
  • Using and working in team environments that use agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).
  • Experience in managing projects with AWS, Spring boot, Angular, MuleSoft technologies is preferred.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams with stake holders for the project delivery.
  • Work in tandem with offshore team ensuring delivery those measures up to the technical and functional requirements of the project.
  • Participate discussions with business team and users for UAT and production rollouts/adoption.
  • Perform end to end release management activities by working with multiple teams and release engineers.


Skills
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other stakeholders, including business partners and all levels of IT leadership.
  • Providing mentoring to fellow team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Any experience in Insurance is preferred.
