- Manage and coordinate technical programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive project success.
- Conduct hands-on experimentation in lab settings, assisting with R&D activities and manufacturing assembly processes.
- Utilize your knowledge of electrical or mechanical engineering principles to support technical decision-making and problem-solving.
- Leverage understanding of fluid dynamics to enhance project outcomes, where applicable.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Hands-on experience with lab R&D experimentation and manufacturing assembly processes.
- Strong understanding of gas flow systems is a significant plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
