Location - Bay Area CA
Onsite: 3-5 days in the Pleasanton CR office.
Summary
As a Technical Program Manager at Critical River, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex technical projects and programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set strategic directions, and ensure the efficient execution of projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality, timelines, and budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical acumen, and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience (minimum of 7 years) in technical program management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and associated tools.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Solid understanding of technology trends and their impact on program management.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.
Familiarity with data lake, data ware housing, Snowflake, GPC, MS AZURE.
