Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Position will report to the Director of Product Management, Customer Experience
• Team is focused on creating a more personalized experience for customers and internal support teams
• Building a new tool "Customer Time Line" that will utilize all data that's been collected and build a centralized data point, tying in over 100 different data points
• Part of the Core Platform Operations team and work with net new data producers and data consumers

Skills:

• Must have experience interfacing with executive management and cross functional teams
• Able to understand data transfer and API creation
• Strong Project Management skills and experience with Jira
