Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Omaha, NE; Des Moines, IA; Portland, OR; Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to efficiently deliver projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, scope, and resource requirements.
• Track project progress using metrics and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Enterprise Project Server, Primavera, and Jira, for effective planning, control, and defect tracking.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills are crucial.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of SCADA projects, adhering to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Experience managing large-scale vendor application rollouts for utilities.
• Proficiency in managing IT security project is helpful.
• A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with standards such as NAESB is advantageous.
• Use of MS Project or similar program.

Minimum qualifications:

• A minimum of six years of experience in IT or related fields, including at least two years in a senior technical or leadership role, is required.
