Technical Project Manager

Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ

• Working with integrated teams to deliver solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product manager agile champions architect's developers and Quality Analysts
• Handling and tracking status progress and other critical metrics in relation to the plan and publishes progress reports to senior partners
• Maintaining release and dependency plans across Customer's development teams external partners and third parties
• Actively identifying managing and raising risks issues and changes tied to the product development initiatives
• Applying discretion on when to raise issues versus work through issues with the team s
• Driving the resolution of impediments precluding teams from making progress against plans and deadlines
• Ensuring deliverables across Technology teams are high quality and clearly documented
• Conducting Pre and Post PI Planning sessions daily stand ups scrum of scrums and retrospectives at the end of each planned unit of work with a focus on continuously learning from the past
• Finding opportunities to embrace innovative technologies and processes

Focus

• Drives processes and execution oversight for Engineering Teams
• Enables Product Engineering team productivity and agility by demonstrating Agile Scrum concepts and principles where appropriate
• Focuses on team execution

Facilitate and Leads the Team Execution

• Drives team release level processes demonstrating servant leadership coupled with domain knowledge and technical savvy
• Champion of the technical backlog prioritize technical activities such as Service Id Management Dependency Upgrades API Migrations Certificate Management Test Data Management and Strategic Technical Investments
• Facilitates Sprint planning meetings and other Scrum ceremonies with delivery team
• Support product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness
• Ensures dependency alignment across teams
