Red River Technology is actively seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team in supporting a mission-critical program for the Navy. As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage customer project efforts and will deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle of complex projects lasting approximately 6 months or longer. The individual in this position is an exceptional representative of Red River and maintains the highest standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness to customer requests. They are a point of contact for our customers for deliverables and manage the day-to-day activities relating to the customer projects as required, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and execution of customer project requirements. Completing projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction is this position's charter.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the project throughout its life cycle based on customer defined requirements and processes.
- Report on progress and provide regular updates to upper management.
- Work with other departments to ensure that project objectives are achieved within established timeframes.
- Coordinate between customer contacts, team resources, direct team members, partners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders on all aspects of a project.
- Manage partners or subcontractors throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Lead the integration of newly installed hardware and software components with DoD tactical networks that support the Aegis Integrated Combat System
- Oversee the testing and validation of deployed systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to include establishing timelines, budgets, and documentation for hardware integration processes and procedures
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems, addressing any issues that arise during and after deployment
- Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and cybersecurity standards, implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive information
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Navy officials and other DoD personnel, to align deployment activities with organizational priorities
Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8 Years of experience supporting IT programs with NAVSEA, or similar DoD organizations
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, particularly in hardware deployment and integration within DoD environments
- Strong understanding of IT hardware and software typically associated with data centers, including servers, networking equipment, and storage solutions
- Knowledge of Navy combat systems and their operational requirements
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with DoD regulations and cybersecurity standards
