Job Description:
- Experience with financial / ERP systems in an integration lead role is required
- Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines multiple project tracks on its scope, dependencies, timelines and resources required to achieve success (in a well organized work breakdown structure approach)
- Project Execution: Manage the project team and ensure that the overall project plan is aligned and synced to Agile team features and stories
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project stays on track
- Stakeholder Management: Help build and maintain relationships with stakeholders with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, and executives
- Communication: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members
- Scope Management: Assist in managing and prioritizing user requirements to project time constraints
What you need to have:
- 8+ years of disciplined project management experience with high proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence (PMP certification a plus)
- Proven experience leading the development of custom products through the full software development lifecycle from discovery through QA/UAT and Production Deployment
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and working in SAFe or Scaled Agile environments
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading change management initiatives in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Ability to take detailed meeting notes and ensure follow through on assigned actions
- Background in the Entertainment and Media industry is highly desired
