As a Technical Sales Manager, you fill a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships in Livermore California and the Midwest region. This encompasses the responsibility for both managing existing customer accounts and acquiring new business opportunities. Thus your technical expertise and sales acumen will be instrumental in
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management:
Proactively manage a portfolio of existing ADMEDES clients, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Business Development:
Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and developing targeted sales strategies.
Sales Cycle:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including conducting service portfolio demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, and negotiating prices and contracts.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes, and leverage this knowledge to develop effective sales strategies.
Customer Engagement:
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and build brand awareness.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial), Business, or a related field, with a focus on sales/marketing. Alternatively, relevant industry experience.
- Solid understanding of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
