Business Development (Technical Sales) Representative - Philadelphia, PA

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development (Technical Sales) Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT hardware and solution sales, with experience working with enterprise clients and system integrators. This role requires a strong "hunter" mentality to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target verticals such as Finance, Energy Services, Aerospace and Defense, and Medical industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and sell IT component solutions, including memory, storage, and networking products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT hardware and solution sales at an enterprise level.
  • Demonstrated success selling technical products through value-added resellers (VARs), integrators, and distributors.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with clients across various industries.
  • Experience selling OEM IT Components (e.g., Apacer, Crucial, Dell, HP/HPE, Kingston, Kioxia, Micron, Samsung, SK Hynix) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B IT services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing environments.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary (based on experience) with uncapped commissions.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) potential to double base salary at 100% quota.
  • 10 days PTO (increases with tenure) plus 9 company-paid holidays.

Location:
  • Hybrid role (60% office / 40% remote) based in Warminster, PA.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
