Summary:
We currently have Technical Sales Representative positions open for talented individuals who want to be part of the dynamic engineered wood products industry. We are hiring for multiple regions and the successful candidate shall live in the region where they work.
Technical Sales Representatives are the customer-facing associates on a sales team anchored in integrity and enthusiasm. As you develop opportunities for RedBuilt, you will make long- lasting relationships in the local construction community and play an integral role in projects over the entire construction cycle.

Our Technical Sales Representatives are highly regarded and respected by our customers as knowledgeable advisors and effective communicators. Natural problem solvers who are passionate about the construction industry and building lasting relationships with customers. They are curious, self-motivated, and innovative individuals who continuously view challenges as opportunities. They are excellent in designing structural systems and can accurately convey building concepts and ideas. Successful representatives have a minimum 5+ years of direct building material sales and/or degrees in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.

- Aptitude to create demand and continuously position RedBuilt as a preferred supplier
- Specifying efficient structural framing systems with architects and engineers
- Problem-solving with the design and construction communities
- Negotiating and closing a project specific framing systems
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and documents
