Job Description
- Lead the site's technical service team to deliver a best in class product
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop/enhance work instructions, processes and procedures
- Lead the site's development of new products and maintain the technical service road map to align with the customer's forecasted requirements
- Define the systems, processes and toolsets required to execute operational activities at the site
- Develop a training and monitoring program for the technicians to ensure products meet defined specifications
- Plan and manage the operational resources required to meet forecasts and KPIs
- Manage relationships with Technical Services partners and customer engineering staff to support technical service operations.
- Ensure all equipment used in the technical service operation is calibrated
- Maintain PM records for technical service equipment used at the site
- Validate that processes and equipment are in adherence to contractual requirements
- Provide onsite implementation planning and support for new service capabilities
- Manage the NPI process for all technical services
Key Accountabilities
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, required
- 5+ years working expereince in technical electric lab environment, required
- 2+ years people management, required
- Knowledge of forward and reverse logistics process flows and key enablers, required
- Knowledge of conveyance, automatic sortation equipment, material handling equipment, and product storage systems, preferred
