Responsibilities
The Ria Digital Partnerships team empowers its partners to offer seamless, cross-border money transfers directly within their customer journey, and as the Technical Solutions Manager within the Digital Partnerships team, you will be the go-to resource throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Qualifications

The range in Colorado for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. Actual starting salary may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.

Responsibilities
The Ria Digital Partnerships team empowers its partners to offer seamless, cross-border money transfers directly within their customer journey, and as the Technical Solutions Manager within the Digital Partnerships team, you will be the go-to resource throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- You will support Business Development with pre-sales demos and solutioning, including understanding Partner requirements and feature specifications.
- You will also support Partner Success for our portfolio of existing partners that need technical support with existing integrations.
- As the technical lead within a business-focused team, you will represent the business and translate partner requests and requirements, working closely with Product Management, Project Management and Operations.
- You are the trusted technical advisor to partner prospects and current partners for Ria's Digital Partnership solutions.
- You'll develop a deep understanding of partnership solutions to guide partners to the solution that best fits their business and technology needs.
- You'll deliver demos that highlight key features and benefits, customizing the demo and delivery to speak to the specific prospect needs.
- You'll also document and analyze partner feedback, pain points, and new feature requests for the Product team to inform and drive the roadmap for continuous product improvement.
- Stay current on embedded finance and remittance market trends, including competitor remittance solutions.
Qualifications
- You are seasoned in embedded integrations and have experience in a presales or sales engineering role engaged in enterprise technology sales (preferably in embedded finance, fintech, or payments).
- Deep understanding of the software and fintech landscape including embedded finance and partner integration models (hosted/APIs).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate technical ideas to senior leadership and non-technical prospects are required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail to track initiatives, projects, and deliverables.
- Ethics and integrity always operate with commitment to organizational vision, values, and goals.
- Self-starter that aims for continuous improvement.
- Act as the champion for the partner internally and develop strong relationships with key internal colleagues to ensure a proactive approach to prospect and partner needs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ideally located in Denver or another major city in the US.
