Job Description:
Affinity is seeking a Technical Team Lead, Digital Projects for a public sector client. The role involves leading development and operational tasks in the Digital department, supporting business requirement gathering, engagement, and technical design reviews to ensure reliable and efficient digital applications.
Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the digital team:
Function as a BSA /BA for documenting requirements in Jira stories and all necessary tasks relating to driving out the requirements such as running /facilitating elaboration workshop and technical design workshops
Support design and development of technical solutions relating to Customer Portal, Authentication, self-serve and other customer facing digital services.
Support day to day operational tasks and collaborate with other key IT stakeholders to ensure digital services are fully functional and meet customer needs.
Run daily stand-ups for specific streams of work, collaborating with different development teams
Deliverables:
Requirements, design, build and configuration and sustainment documents
Status reports, operational KPIs, service performance metrics, production risks and issues management.
Resource forecasting, and planning.
Digital Service reliability and stability decision recommendations.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate and facilitate meetings
Understanding business requirements and translating that for technical teams
Provide leadership and direction for IT team members on designing and implementing standard operating procedures.
Coordinate between various IT teams for solution delivery.
Run daily standups and scrums with an eye for delivery process improvements
Understanding of DevOps, Agile & JIRA ways of working.
