Travel/Schedule:
Day shift
You may be asked to travel to other EV Group support sites on occasion, but this is generally an in-house role.
Compensation: Target base rate ~$40/hr - $47/hr
Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Overtime is paid at 1.5X after 40 hours; relocation assistance available.

Position Description: In this role you will be responsible for providing Level 1 - 3 equipment and module training to employees and customers; the implementation of maintenance training courses, in accordance with company standards, on customer equipment; and close cooperation in the development and documentation of new training-relevant topics with the company Academy team. Some specific responsibilities include:
Train internal and external customers on company equipment.
Technical support of local training equipment.
Planning and preparation of technical courses for internal and external customers.
Manage and track course completion and customer feedback on training using proprietary learn management system.
Development of training content based on the local issues and challenges.
Coordinate changes/modifications of the training content with documentation team and assist with new procedures.
Keep track of all FSE trainings and set up module training for new FSEs accordingly.
Evaluate onsite knowledge of FSEs and provide plan for additional training if needed.
Perform tasks and job functions with limited supervision; mentor and provide technical assistance and training to onsite FSEs.
In order to keep up with new equipment and software features, the trainer may support service and installations at different customer sites from time to time.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have at least six years of engineering, hands-on technical and/or training experience in a high-volume semiconductor (or similar) manufacturing environment. An Associates or Bachelors degree in a technical / engineering discipline is preferred, but significant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. You cannot have been a Blue Badged Intel employee at any of their facilities within the past six months to be considered for this role.
