Responsibilities
- Generate and modify MIL-STD and COTS style Operator Manuals, Depot Manuals, and other user documentation.
- Generate and modify training material, including training slides and instruction packages.
- Review customer requirements and verify compliance of technical documentation.
- Report project status during team meetings
- Support customer meetings and reviews.
- Work with various teams throughout the organization as needed, included but not limited to Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team, PM, EPM, Software Engineers, and System Engineers.
Qualifications

- U.S. Citizenship Required- May be selected for work that requires ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Level Security Clearance.
- 2 - 7 years of technical writing experience.
- Associate degree, BSEE/BSCS, or equivalent.
- Experience in technical publication development in accordance with military standards
- Knowledge of XML Coding capable programs (Arbortext) to develop technical user documentation.
- Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values.
- Must exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills in Military style technical writing.
- Experience with IADS4 compliance development of technical publications.
- Experience with developing and formatting Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents for delivery to the customer.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management tool for deliverable reviews and release, Windchill (PLM) preferred.
