Summary:
The Technical Program Manager, Technologies & Infrastructure will be responsible for developing and maintaining project and implementation plans, SOP's, and identifying technical and operational risks for newly implemented solutions. This role will participate in regulatory audit and assessments, follow up with remediation activities based on audit recommendations and assist in maturing various standards and procedures to enhance compliance maturity.

The good faith range for this position is $91,250 - $114,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

This role will participate in regulatory audit and assessments, follow up with remediation activities based on audit recommendations and assist in maturing various standards and procedures to enhance compliance maturity.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security/Assurance or related field required or eight years of experience in Information Technology.
- Minimum five years of experience in an Information Technology role, with strong experience in deploying and supporting enterprise technologies
- Strong understanding of key information technology concepts and fundamentals
Essentials Skills:
- Experience with project management tools
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Experience in process design and process improvement preferred
- PMP and/or CSM certification(s) preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in all Infrastructure and Enterprise Technology related projects or initiatives
- Assist with the development and on-going management of the Infrastructure and Enterprise Technology project initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans to effectively monitor progress
- Work closely with Enterprise Project Management, and internal IT stakeholders
- Support IT teams in requirements gathering, and delivery of IT related projects
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis
- Establish and direct project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility
- Manage changes to the project scope, and project schedule
- Develop templates and documentation to support consistency in IT related programs
- Act as an internal consultant, advocate and change agent
- Participate in change management process
- Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
