The Technology Operations Manager will support the Director of Technology and assist in managing and overseeing the District's technology infrastructure, including major projects related to infrastructure upgrades, phone systems, intercom systems, technology deployments, and the management of all security and communication systems. This role is critical in ensuring that the District's technology infrastructure is robust, secure, and capable of supporting educational and administrative needs.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, Bachelors or Masters preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on education or a similar environment.
  • Proven experience in managing technology infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of phone systems, intercoms, security systems, and technology deployment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Valid state of Illinois driver's license.

Work Year: 12 months- July 1 through June 30
