Salary Range: $73,632 - $90,000 (salary placement based on relevant years of experience)
Essential Job Functions:
The Technology Project Manager leads and coordinates district-wide technology projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering value to support educational outcomes. This role involves managing projects that impact staff, students, and district-wide operations, through design, testing, seamless implementation, and modernization. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet the goals and priorities of the district while focusing on user-centered outcomes. Additionally, the role includes managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with district policies and regulatory standards, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience and education, is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience is required; current PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Experience in vendor management, including handling contracts, RFPs, and ensuring accountability of deliverables.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with varied levels of staff in other departments.
- Ability to learn new applications, concepts, and skills quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment.
